My Prota is "offline". What can I do?

The Prota can sometimes appear as "Offline". There are a few reasons why this can happen and you should check the following things:

  1. Check the Internet connection
  2. Check the power supply
  3. Check if the LED is green (hover over the top of the device)
  4. Reboot by unplugging the Prota from the power source and turning it on again
