Most of the time, this connection issue is due to the device's environment. Though successfully paired with a smartphone or a MicroBot Hub, MicroBot Push can occasionally be disconnected because of obstacles between the MicroBot and the smartphone or MicroBot Hub.
If MicroBot Push is disconnected, it will automatically re-connect to the device when placed under a stable environment for pairing.
It is also possible that the MicroBot Push has been paired incompletely with the smartphone or the MicroBot Hub. In this case, please reset and pair it again. Please refer to 'Reset MicroBot Push' guide.
