MicroBot keeps disconnecting

 

Most of the time, this is due to the device's environment.

Though successfully paired with a smartphone or Prota S, MicroBots can occasionally be disconnected with them because of obstacles between Push and smartphone or Prota S.

In another case, if a MicroBot has been paired incompletely with smartphone or Prota, it should be reset. Please see 'How to reset' guide.
