There are two reasons you can suspect.
1. Prota is disconnected to the network.
If its network is not active, Prota.space can't detect your Prota, it will go offline.
If you are an owner of the Prota S device, please make sure the LED is blinking in green.
If you are a Prota Pi user, you can find whether the Prota is connected to the network or not from your network console.
2. Please make sure you are using the correct power sourcing for Prota device.
If you are a Prota S user, you have to use a power adapter that supports 5V 2A voltage.
Please make sure you are not using the charging adapter of smartphone.
