Please proceed as following:
- Find out the status of your Prota by checking its LED color: hover your hand over the top of your Prota, the LED color will appear.

- Make sure you plug in your Prota with a 5V 2A power supply.
- Make sure the WiFi network you submitted in the Prota Care form is working.

- Please wait until the rebooting (LED blinking in blue) is over.
