In order for our team to configure your Prota according to the settings you wish, we need to ask you some personal information as well as your customized settings. This includes your WiFi’s name and password as well as the name you want your Prota to have.
You will receive this form by email once you have bought the ‘Prota Care Service’ item. The form includes only 6 questions, you do not need even 5 minutes to fill it in.
Naran does not store your personal information into our server once the configuration is done. Therefore, make sure you remember your Prota’s password and keep the email containing your access link.
