The touch button of MicroBot Push works for manual activation to press the button. If it's not working with tapping, please find a solution below.
The first thing you need to check is the battery life. You may be missed the timing to charge your MicroBot. If the battery runs out, MicroBot Push no longer works.
In this case, please charge your MicroBot with a micro 5pin cable.
If charging MicroBot doesn't work at all, please power off & on your MicroBot Push. If the problem of unresponsive touch button still persists, please contact Naran support team with a video that shows the issue. We will make sure to provide you with more accurate advice.
