If you can't proceed upgrade process of your Prota OS, there might be 2 possibilities.
1. Didn't use a proper access link
Please check your home screen's top right.
If you don't see "Share" icon, you are currently accessing to Prota with invitation link.
In this case, you can't update Prota OS or download/delete the apps.

If you want to upgrade the OS properly, please check your inbox and find the original access link that was sent to you during the first time configuration.
2. Failed to upgrade due to a network issue
If you have received this pop up, the network connected to Prota might be unstable.
In this case, please refresh the mobile app or web browser and try to access to the Prota again.
If it still doesn't work, please send a ticket to our support team. Please contain the access link and Prota ID while you are sending ticket to us.
