After first time configuration, your Prota will automatically update the software to the latest patch after checking the version itself. During this process, its status sometimes shows as "offline".
The update will take 5-10 mins but depending on the network status, it can be extended. The mobile app will notify you as soon as the Prota finishes updating itself.
If it doesn't show "GO!" sign in 5-10 minutes, the Prota might be stopped working during the upgrade, so please reboot it.
