Usually, this happens when you had a payment issue. if your account is out of a balance or your card company blocked the payment, even though it seems like the payment is completed, the system doesn't create the order.
In this case,
1) Please check if Receipt was issued by Naran via email. (To make things transparent, we will issue a receipt for every payment. This feature will be added by early May)
2) Please check your account and see if it was paid or not. The order amount must not have been credited. Please try ordering once again on our website. If the new order fails again, please contact your card(bank) company.
