(Prota S) The LED shows green, but I can't enter my Prota S. How can I fix it? (Reconnecting issue)


In some low versions of Prota OS, there was a bug Prota device can't connect to the Prota Space server. From 17040513 version, it won't occur again.

Please update your Prota OS and try again. To reset, reboot your Prota device(manual plug out & in). It will automatically upgrade by itself.
