When opening an app, a "Oops?!" error message sometimes appears. It means there is something wrong with the app you try to enter. (Not properly installed, Busy processing etc.)
In this case, we recommend to remove the app and install again. Maintain click on the app icon (on the home screen) and select "Delete" and download it once again.
