There might be 2 possibilities for this issue.
1. In some cases, a certain procedure in Prota occupies a lot of resources. This may cause this kind of issue.
In this case, to initiate the resource management, first, reboot the Prota system and please turn off some apps occupying many resources.
To turn off the apps, please press the app icon for a few seconds, and you will see the turn-off/delete button.
2. Sometimes the critical system error can occur. You will see the 'Oops page' if you have this error.
