I get a "RPC Server timeout" error. Why so? What should i do?

This error generally occurs if you leave you browser or your app open for several hours without any activity. This will cause the connection between the browser/the app and the Prota server to frequently cut and reconnect, causing this error message.

It is just a notification of the system's procedure, there is no effect on your Prota's performance.

Solution 

Simply refresh your browser or go to another page of the smartphone app and get back to where you want.
