After resetting my Prota S, it cannot find any of my MicroBots

If this issue occurs, it means your Prota or your apps are not up-to-date.
You need to update your Prota OS and upgrade your MicroBot Push app.

Follow those three steps

[1] CONFIRM MICROBOTS AREN'T PAIRED ALREADY

Sometimes, MicroBots remain somehow connected to the previous device (although it's been reset). In this case, you need to reset your MicroBots to pair them with Prota again. Please follow the guide below.

How to reset MicroBot Push

 

[2] UPDATE YOUR MICROBOT APP

Go to App Libraries and tap on the "Upgrade" label on MicroBot Push app.

The update is automatic.

 

[3] UPDATE YOUR PROTA OS

1. Go to Settings (or find the badge at the top right corner indicating an update is available)

 

2. Select the Prota from the bottom section (upgradable Prota OS).

 

3. Proceed with the update.
(It may take up to 15 minutes.)

  

 

4. When the update is done, the status on Prota Space should change to "Go".

* Prota may get stuck during an update due to various network issues. In this case, just reboot your Prota (without resetting) and try again in a few minutes.
